Blackwood Pavilion

Blackwood Pavilion was completed in 2022 on a rare 90-foot waterfront lot on Palm Island. The ground floor is essentially one pavilion — a glass-walled living, dining and kitchen space that opens on three sides to the pool terrace and the bay.

Five en-suite bedrooms are split between a guest wing and the upper floor, where the primary suite takes the full water frontage. The house is fully automated, hurricane-rated and finished in travertine, walnut and bronze.
