Juniper Lane Residence is a 2017 modern in the spirit of the California mid-century: low, horizontal and open to the garden. The main living space slides open to a covered lanai and a saltwater pool; four bedrooms are arranged in a private wing.

Encinitas is ten minutes on foot to Moonlight Beach and the shops on Coast Highway. Solar panels, a two-car garage and a large storage room for the boards complete the picture.
